really good stay
convenient location friendly service helpful recommendations
i stayed in this accommodation with my family, and it was very nice. the location proved very convenient (a supermarket was just across the street). the staff offered friendly service, and i especially appreciated diane's helpful recommendations. the availability of a dry cleaner across the road added extra convenience.
the room cleanliness was great, but , my next door neighbor was loud from 1am until 3am.

The breakfast included fresh, tasty options. Adults and children were catered for. i appreciated the fresh croissants (they were amazing!). the staff readily offered excellent suggestions for nearby dining.

We booked the executive double room, and it suited our needs perfectly. the air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom was modern with a makeup mirror. a clothes steamer was also supplied within the room.

the team demonstrated attentiveness throughout my stay, fulfilling every requirement with care. the concierge took time to show us good places to visit. i was very impressed with the warm welcome and the quick responses.

Excellent Stay Near the Eiffel Tower
personal touch birthday message
I recently enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the team had placed a balloon , chocolate, and a happy birthday message on the bed for my daughter, a lovely personal touch. I would definitely stay again.
The parking situation created a minor inconvenience. I asked specifically about the parking , and upon arrival, the receptionist could not get the door to work. I had to park in the street overnight and move the car early the next morning.

MIXED feelings ABOUT THE STAY
unhelpful receptionist difficult parking
the RECEPTIONIST was unhelpful regarding parking. we ASKED specifically about parking, but upon arrival, the receptionist could not operate the door. THIS forced us to find street parking at night. WE HAD to wake up early to move the car , which was not the service expected.
